Chief Operating Officer

Maribel Frank is the Chief Operating Officer of MindRx and brings more than a decade of healthcare operations leadership and experience in virtual care, digital health, strategic execution, and organizational transformation. She oversees the operations of the business, focusing on people, technology, revenue cycle, payer operations, compliance, and growth.

Throughout her career, Maribel has focused on bringing people, strategy, technology, and operations together to improve healthcare delivery and organizational performance. Prior to joining MindRx, she held progressive leadership roles with Banner Health, where she led enterprise virtual care operations and partnered extensively with physicians and clinical leaders. She enjoyed building and scaling programs across hospital and ambulatory environments.

Earlier in her career, Maribel also held executive and entrepreneurial leadership roles in professional sports and hospitality, giving her a broad foundation in business operations, financial stewardship, customer experience, and team leadership. Maribel holds a Master of Science in Sport Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico.
