My approach focuses on striving to create a container of safety and comfort so that individuals feel open to express and explore different parts of themselves by allowing for moments of silliness and putting genuine human connection at the forefront. 

I work hard to make sure my clients understand what their options are, and the risks and benefits associated with those options.
