Treatment Modalities Offered

Psychological Testing and Evaluation

Psychological Testing and Evaluation involve the use of standardized assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s mental health. These assessments help in diagnosing conditions, planning treatment, and guiding therapeutic interventions.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages individuals to accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with their values. It emphasizes mindfulness, acceptance, and behavior change to enhance psychological flexibility.

Coaching focuses on personal and professional development, helping individuals set and achieve specific goals. It is a collaborative process where the coach provides guidance, support, and accountability to promote positive changes in various aspects of life.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a widely used modality that addresses the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting healthier coping mechanisms.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a client-centered approach that explores and enhances an individual’s intrinsic motivation to change. It is particularly effective in addressing issues related to substance abuse, health behaviors, and ambivalence towards change.
